What is Required to Incorporate?
Shareholders must sign and notarize power of attorney. The notarization must be apostilled if notarized outside of the country of incorporation. You can order also apostille services.
Passport, bank statement or utility bill: directors and shareholders must provide copy of passport and copy of bank statement or utility bill (landline, electricity, water, gas) with same address as provided for incorporation purposes.
Ultimate Beneficial Owner: if shareholders do not declare that they are ultimate beneficial owners of the company, than also ultimate beneficial owners must provide copy of passport and copy of bank statement or utility bill (landline, electricity, water, gas). The exception to this requirement are companies listed on stock exchange.
