Bratislava 1 – Old Town – Námestie Martina Benku 16

Námestie Martina Benku is a square in Bratislava’s Old Town, named in honour of the Slovak painter and graphic artist Martin Benka. The square is bordered by Záhradnícka Street to the south-east and Krížna Street to the north-west. Between 1997 and 1999 a residential building was constructed here with 7 storeys above ground and 2 underground levels for parking. Parking is also available in the two-level underground car park beneath the square, which offers 151 spaces. The Palace of Justice stands opposite the square on Záhradnícka Street. Source

Bratislava 1 – Old Town – Žilinská 1

Žilinská Street is located in Bratislava’s Old Town district. Named after the town of Žilina, it is an inner-city link road connecting Štefanovičova and Šancová streets. A trolleybus route runs along it, and the Žilinská tram stop is on the corner with Štefanovičova. It is crossed at right angles by Jozefa Kronera, Škovránčia, Kýčerského, Belopotockého and Povraznícka streets, and roughly halfway along there is a traditional market. Source

Bratislava 2 – Ružinov – Ďrieňová 1/J (EDEN PARK)

Drieňová Street is located in the Ružinov district of Bratislava and takes its name from the cornelian cherry (drieň). Unlike the other streets in the area, it is very long, stretching across two housing estates: Štrkovec and Ostredky. Source

Why Set Up a Virtual Office?

The effects of the economic crisis on property rents are long gone. Rents have returned to their former levels, perhaps even higher, and the same applies to buying flats or commercial premises. That is why many people rent offices. A better solution, however, is a virtual office, in other words renting a registered address for your company. A virtual office can save you hundreds of euros every month.

Could Your Company Save Money With a Virtual Office Too?

Every company must have its registered office entered in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic. For this reason, some business owners rent an office simply so that they can register its address as their registered office in the ORSR. Some of them do not even need an office, as they work in the field or from home. For these entrepreneurs, renting an office is an unnecessary expense costing hundreds of euros a month. So what does a virtual office give you? It provides an address that you can register as your company’s registered office in the Commercial Register, while sparing you needlessly expensive rent for an office you do not need.

Do not spend money on expensive offices; use a virtual office instead. A virtual office provides an address for registration in the Commercial Register and a mailbox for receiving post. It can be used by private individuals and companies alike.

What Are the Advantages of a Virtual Office?

The main advantage of a virtual office is the considerable amount you save on rent, money you can instead invest in growing your business. Another undeniable benefit is a registered office at a prestigious Bratislava address, which enhances your reputation and credibility. It is also worth mentioning that in Bratislava you are much less likely to face a tax inspection than in other district towns.
