Question: Which additional services can I purchase?

Answer:. Certain extra services are available for a modest surcharge. We can also forward items abroad., and receive and store parcels until you are able to collect them later.

Question: If I suspend my trade licence, do I still have to pay for the registered office?

Answer:. Yes – you must continue to pay for the registered office while your trade licence is suspended, as it remains your registered office during the suspension. This is set out in law and confirmed by case law: during a suspension, the registered office remains entered in the Trade Register against the business owner, so it must still be paid for. If you decide to resume your trade, you do not need to provide consent to the registered office again. If, however, you no longer wish to keep the registered office, you must either cancel your trade licence altogether or move your registered office to a new address.

Question: What should I do if I want to change my registered office?

Answer:. For a newly formed company, you need to prepare the documents relating to the registered office and submit them to the Commercial Register, or pass them to a notary who will arrange the entry in the Commercial Register. For a change of registered office of an existing company, you simply need to have the new address entered in the relevant Commercial Register. If you lack the time or energy for this process, you can use our services – in which case you would simply receive an email confirming that the changes have been entered in the Commercial Register.

Question: What is the best-value registered office option?

Answer: The most economical option is to sign a contract for the maximum term of 36 months. If you are not VAT-registered, we can invoice you prices excluding VAT, giving you the greatest saving. If you wish to combine a sole trader’s registered office with permanent residence in one name, the price is 99 euros per month. If you are a sole trader with a suspended trade licence, you pay even less: 59euros per month.
